It hurts to say this. There are 2 modern Jews. The Israeli secular Jew that follow norms, statistics and dominate the Knesset of the Medina. They are a people like all other people struggling to figure out the abnormality of Anti-semitism and the world obsession with the Jewish people. These are Jews endlessly fighting the symptoms unable to see through to the cause.
Then there is Knesset Yisrael, Jews who realize God, The indivisibility of the Torah to it's people and it's consequences of not following it. A true god that is All Mighty and not in words alone. This is the Jew that does not fear to maintain true distinct Torah identity knowing only it - is the true guarantee against world threats. And in this light, there is no need to bow, prostrate and appease the gentile world when there is hostility towards the Jew. (refer to Torah sources of anti-semitism = G-d speaking to his people) There is only to reflect ones own people's status with our covenant, bow to G-d's will, and watch the enemies scatter and flee in all directions. This is when the Jew fills it's mission to a) recognize G-d b) Believe in God , and then show the gentile world these 2 concepts. This is how we uphold our representation and hence are a light unto other nations
Most of history is one of the 2 paths above. You the reader can put history into proper perspective now given the above clarity. Unfortunately too often the painful way of falling into the "norms of society" giving way to the "Brit" (Covenant) has been the path taken. Have we learned ? No, for to learn, we must recognize what I've written above. Then we must act with faith to blaze the apparent giving way for the truth. By definition it will seem hard and against the flow of the world, but that precisely is the purpose and mission. Herein, also lies the fruits and rewards in the aftermath.

A description of a false premise one way or the other remains a false premise. There is no Palestinian people and a Palestinian state is not what is being sought after it. The more this concept is drilled, the more Israel (the weaker party) keeps bowing and bending to a pretzel, and the more the US easily bends the softer side (Israel). In the meantime, the Arab become emboldened, kidnapping Soldiers, returning soldiers in body bags, continuing attempted terrorism, declaring Hamas as a political force, self declaring a state etc..
Only delirious Jews who can only stomach norms and statistics over Torah and our brit will continue this charade. Only assimilated Jews will rest their future on Obama's words or any other Goy. These Jews cause more un-explained results against their own expectations. The Arab and the Gentile world's hate of the Jew grows with their every step. Generation after generation becomes more confused and disheartened. This in turn, produces endless self centered politicians lacking an understanding of our homeland even after our Jewish history and the holocaust. Future catastrophes for the same reason will ensue. This will continue until we have nothing more to give and all our existence to lose. And then, only then the foolish Jew will see the hard way after taking with them so many more korbanot sacrificed on the alter of disbeleif.

The poor Jews who never learned this lesson. The poor Jews afraid to be distinct. Herein, lies the tragedy of Today and the missed lessons of history.

To The Conference of Of Presidents of Major Jewish Organizations .

We know the established Jewish organizations are timid and careful not to stir ruckus among American Politicians. They’ve failed us in protesting against the Rabbis March on Washington in 1943 where we lost 12,000 Jews daily on German Trains to Auschwitz while Jewish Organizations remained paralyzed in the name of fear and their positions. We will never forget this.

So too was the plight of the Russian Jews in the 60’s and 70’s where if not for Birnbaum and Rabbi Kahane to take up the cause alone during the most crucial years where Soviet machinery spiritually wiped away our brethren Jews, the fearful Jewish organizations would have remained paralyzed indefinitely. Today we only pick up the pieces and pay the price of assimilation due to their failure.

Now there is another crucial time in Jewish history, where the assimilated US Jewish population clueless to see the dangers of electing an anti-semite in disguise to the White House are instead easily convinced by the antics of an assimilated Passover Seder with the President. At AIPAC , Hillary Clinton received an enthusiastic reception by Jews who are supposed to know better, but who instead politely listened to her absurd statements . So now today, we have a Jewish American population supporting a fictitious lie of a Palestinian People in place of their own Jewish existence.

We the laymen of the Jewish nation, emphatically ask once again directly - the Conference of Major Jewish Organizations to hold a March on Washington protesting the White House’s wash of the real issues, to refute the outward animosity toward the Jewish state. Not for the Gentiles to save us, but far more importantly to awaken the dormant Jews of America.

Dear Prime Minister.
As an Oleh of 2005, I supported you at elections after hearing 4 or 5 Likud MK’s speak in Ra’anana on how you and the Likud are different. Different in our basic belief of Yehuda Veshomron as an integral part of Israel – in fact even more so than Tel Aviv. Sure I assume many unknown details in government dealings, yet some principles are clear before it’s outcomes and certainly afterwards such as was Gush Katif. Given your actions have shown the immediate folding on Yehuda Veshomron, no answer can be acceptable. I know you strongly want US support. But when Israel went it alone in 67’, in Entebbe, in Iraq's Osirak Nuclear plant, it strongly proved the ‘right thing’ must be done regardless of popular opinion. In fact, if there is anything that defines our times, it will be this requirement – to act against popular opinion in the ‘right’. This is the sign of true leadership, and the guiding light of your forerunner Ze’ev Jabotinsky as you well know.

Entertain the following thought… We declare the terror and hatred, the textbooks and the speeches at mosques, the charters and the history of Palestinians have caused only one political direction. The false claim, false propaganda, and false rewriting of history brings only 1 light of truth. But more than ever, the truth that this little piece of heartland rightfully belongs to it’s owners the Jewish people. Then create a politically correct as possible plan to have the Jordanians and Egyptians in their vast lands set up a “Palestinian State”. Push the agenda, slowly and calculated, yet determinately. Let their Arab brethren try explaining away and put the fault back where it belongs. Let the world jump and scream. We have all too much to answer in a logical format & reasoning. Yes, the answer can be that simple. In fact, weigh the odds of all the peace attempts, and ask yourself is there a G-d withholding back this route we’ve chosen? This is where your belief must understand. Why, why one asks can’t it be done. Impossible ? Nonsense, the birth & survival of the Jewish people as you well know was impossible but is. Certainly this can be so. Remember, there is a G-d as even Golda Meir admitted. So my request is, please act with a little belief. The people and more importantly G_d will allow it and those that don’t will see the truth later. Believe, that Israel will not only economically avoid loss and respect, but actually gain the respect and desire of the world to Israel. Our Rabbi’s tell us this is a world of opposites in truths, this surely is an example of such. I am sure of this conviction not only in logic but deep Jewish belief G_d so earnestly desires us to show. I hope you can sense it as well.

Then, Iran too will be a test of your belief and it’s outcome that of Osirak even though it’s challenges seem so much greater. In front of the God of Israel, it is but a speck of dust to do away with.

Religious Coercion In The Land of Israel

Should Jews implement religious rules as law in the land of Israel ? Shouldn't Religion and Politics be separate ? Wouldn't it be harmful to force religion thus causing it's repulsion ?

At the surface the arguments above sound reasonable. Yet Judaism is different - always was. We are not just a religion but a people with a creed from God to guide personal and national life. Since we have been in exile for so many centuries Judaism has been limping on one foot. It has been turned into a personal guide and it's national guide has been lost. But all is not lost. It is for that reason that the state of Israel is a process to re intimate our People, Land and Religion.

The breastplate was the conduit of communication for the nation to go out to war or any other national question. Kings ruled by the Torah the nation and has special commandments to carry a Sefer Torah with him at all times. Rules by the Torah governed the King's abilities to limit wives & horses. The shmita & Yovel governed the land and it's use nationally. It all goes without say, that the Sabbath, Holidays and personal Jewish laws were experienced on the streets of Israel nationwide.

So today when the question of Judaism to be imposed statewide arises. The answer is clearly yes. True coercion is generally not helpful. Yet on a national level Jewish law ensures and helps create the framework of which Jews live in.

It happened in Yehizkia’s time, where he deliberately ruled to abolish idol worship. It happened in Shaul’s time when he outlawed witchcraft and sorcery. The Sefer Hachinuch implicitly writes “Mah shelo Lishma Ba Lishma” – Correct action leads to proper intention thereafter.

It happens today on Yom Kippur where no driving is a law and now the secular Jews appreciate it. Swine and Pigs are outlawed to be raised on the holy land of Israel and favors little opposition for it's inherit feel of a Jewish state. In fact, there is nothing more important than the requirement of Jewish law without choice as is commanded to every Jew to be instituted nationally so that more and more our country is in line with Halacha as just a way of life.

Have you ever been to Tel Aviv on Pesah. It’s horrifying to see restaurants serving thousands of Jews Unleavened bread - the punishment of which is "karet" spiritual removal from the Jewish nation ! We are saving souls from "Karet" by implementing a law to disallow it. It is so hard to keep ? Not eating Bread for 8 days whether your forced not to, will eventually be recognized and appreciated by all and unifying our people and country for the future to come.

A Chronic Fear in Israel

Yesterday 12/24/09 a father of seven Rabbi Meir Chai was killed in a drive by shooting attack near Shavei Shomron. Israeli Police dumbfounded by the several bullet holes riddling the car. His provocation: being a Jew. In March, two Jewish traffic policemen Yehezkel Ramazreger and David Rabinovitch were shot dead in the Jordan Valley. Their Crime: being Jewish. In April, 13 year old Shlomo Nativ was stabbed to death near his home in Bat Ayin. His crime: being a Jewish boy.

These my friends are a taste of sacrifices of Jewish blood despite a NIS 2 Billion s spent on a security fence to keep them out, $50 million budget allocated to protecting settlements and NIS 50 billion national security budget to stave off the terrorism. All the while the poor in Israel go hungry and the tension rises to meet the 46% tax rate for an average salary earned in the US. The outrage continues. Does the average Jew know there are NIS 2 Million given to construct and renovate Arab Mosques in Israel. A proposed NIS 157 Million (a raise from 85 in 2009) for exclusive Arab construction in the land of Israel. A request to open a staggering 9,300 Arab classrooms while all of Israel's classroom budget is 2,850 in the next 2 years. Jews struggle to increase the level of education success among Arabs whom drastically bring down national levels.
The outrage continues as Israel bows in sacrificing Jewish well being for Arabs. Arab tax collection rate is approx 20% compared to 65% in Jewish areas. The Arab Council of Municipalities - reports Haj "82% of Arab municipalities in Israel are ranked 1 -3 on a scale of 10 socioeconomically. The Israeli Ministry of Finance in 2010 dedicated an investment fund coming out of the PM's office dedicated to Arab businesses in Arab localities. The Israel Ministry of Trade plan 470 new Arab daycare centres in Arab cities to keep up with exploding Arab children population. All the while emboldened demands for a guarantee that Arab localities be included in Israel's priority map.

Is this the Jewish state we escaped the Gentile Pogroms, Arab Massacres, and Nazi Holocaust for? Have we forgotten that while Jews contributed extraordinarily to every Gentile country, we were persecuted, expelled and killed. Now we the Jewish people remnants of the souls of Jewish persecution bow and acquiesce to Arab hostile takeover and Jewish sovereignty in the heartland of Israel Judea and Samaria. Emboldening, empowering and financing our enemies within to stay and grow at our expense and god forbid with their goal of our demise. Is it no wonder our Jewish youth are so confused ?

Not because a key checkpoint was removed a week ago near Shavei Shomron did this occur, for that is only a symptom of a much larger ailment. Our ailment - we are scared to remove the Arabs from Israel. We the Jews are doing the most unnatural thing. Not only are we supporting and buttressing the next generation of enemies with education to fight us in the intellectual and political realm as we see in Haifa and other universities across the country, but that we are forcing them up to Jewish standards and forced assimilation rather than their natural integration with their Arab brothers in Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, and a host of other Arab countries occupying 99% of the Middle East. Of course, if I were Arab, I would keep this hush and enjoy the bounty of hard work and sacrifice the Jews are affording Arabs in Israel unmatched by any Arab fellow country. This in light of historical facts that clearly wash away the hoax of a created "Palestinian people". The propaganda has worked so well even that even Jews of this generation believe it. What then can our youth the next generation believe in?

Let us end this and quickly. Today's incident of Rabbi Meir Chai's loss of Life shot by another Arab is meant to invoke our outrage. I call upon the Jews of Judea and Samaria - Jews of all of Israel to go out and protest our outrageous government policies towards Arabs and demand the deportation of Arabs from Israel back to their Arab lands and end this charade.

We have hundreds of thousands of Arab terrorists roaming our backyards in Israel. Baseless Jews like Goldstone as a product of self gain, outrageously bashing Israel in the most honorable defense of Military history at the expense of our people. And we the Jewish people find it a need to put a Jew, Yaacov Teitel on our front pages as our biggest concern against terror.

No one can endorse baseless terror of a Jew to anyone let alone another Jew. But what does one do, when a sickness threatening to destroy a much larger whole takes hold – drastic measures are the only response. Yaacov, probably fed up with the powerless sanity of Jewish right to live in Israel after 3000 years of Pogroms Inquisitions, Holocausts and annihilating wars against Jews, to even believe there is a need to tell that to the surviving Jewish Political powers ? Yet what can one do, when the cowardice bowing of the left in Israel has surmounted to all our losses and failures. Having in it’s early years attempted to delegitimize rescue of Jews by leaders such as Jabotinsky and Rav Ahoron Kotler for political personal gains, rejected survivors of the Holocaust to enter Israel for personal views, destroyed young believing early immigrants for the creation of our degenerate young that already today don’t know why they are fighting and to continue to lose Israeli territory & sovereignty as the Arabs are emboldened and radicalized with clear calls of destroying us.

The leftist culture is outrageously alive and well exemplified when our last left government Tzipi Livni, provoked our own Noam Federman without reason having razed his home down at midnight with 8 children, trampling Mezuzot and Sifrei Torah for no reason at all, except to provoke a response that would strengthen her Governments position. How long can this Jewish insanity continue as we ignore the truth of Arabs desire not for land but for wiping out Israel ? The truth that it is against our Jewish creed and an insult to God to recede our inheritance. Yet it continues. I know many leftists are upset since requesting recognition of Israel and security are ‘unreasonable demands’. This is absolute nonsense. No country would sit at such a meeting, so why do the leftists demand it ?

Netanyahu's address to the nation in July of 2009 mentioned the need for honest assessment and had touched a few points, yet omitted some fundamental truths.
A) The Jordanian Arabs created “a Palestinian people’ only recently in history with the real objective beyond any national declaration was always and still the removal of Israel.
B) Displacement of Jews have been more prominent in recent history than those of the Arabs, so while we adapted to change they swore not to.
C) We the Jewish people made it so comfortable for Israeli Arabs and the ‘new Palestinian people’ to declare, demand, represent themselves politically that their demands continue to grow while we quickly find ourselves ‘trapped’ to a previously undreamt commitment our ancestors would have never accepted.

Biblically we were commanded to inherit this land and drive off the inhabitants. There are 22 Arab states with more vast land reserves that make it an obvious solution. The Arab world allows no free speech, nor fair political representation (as the hoax recently shown in Iran) and so as the path of least resistance the Arabs demand Israel. Well of course, wouldn’t you ? So, the error in history that continues is the capitulation to declare the land of Yehudah Veshomron as Israel proper and wipe away the fear of Arab takeover by simply removing Arab political rights yet allowing all other rights. If they want political representation let them demand it from any of their 22 Arab state brethren. This is in line with our constitution and more importantly with our Bible. Bibi had a chance to declare The Likud Constitution which states (Chapter 2: Objectives) Preserving the right of the Jewish Nation to the Land of Israel as an eternal, inalienable right, perseverance in the settlement and development of all parts of the Land of Israel and implementation of the State's sovereignty on them. He failed to do this and begin the process of swaying back our leftist population to normality with a return to Jewish identity pride. I recall personally when Natan Sharansky visited Ra'anana months ago, and clearly revealed that it was we the Israelis who put the Palestinian Statehood 'bug' in the ears of Washington - then Pres. Bush.

On the surface, Netanyahu truly connects to the source of our Judaism and Land of Israel and shows care and compassion, and although he sounds bold declaring what most cannot, at the end he cannot 'tip the scale' and say the most obvious - there shall not be a Arab state in Israel. He too wrote this in his book debunking fictious Palestine, yet to maintain popularity states otherwise. Now once you bend the truth a little it gets progressively harder to get back on track and state the real harsh truth. And so the people are inspired compared to previous empty Jewish leaders but in reality this is our "Right" of Israel in action which isn't really right at all.

It is said, our leaders are a reflection of our society. Bibi is the best available that our generation at this time can produce and really a part of the previous generation. Yet even he can't get near to stating "No Palestine", can't wear a Kippah, and continues to bend to foreign demands as if G_d is not the strength and guidance of all humanity but rather the USA.

Bibi, I hope you will realize this and slowly change the tide once again reversing the terrible damage done by Labour and Kadima which in essence created the notion of a “Palestinian people” in “Palestine” that never existed. It has demoralized our people continuing to run after empty leaders and ideals rather than trusting as absurd as it might sound to the world, that Israel is solely the land of the Jewish people. There is no room for a 5th column. Ironically, we must be grateful they hate us, for if not, we would have the same assimilation rate and loss of our Jewish people as the Diaspora enjoys from their silent holocaust.

While as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan."

Are you in shock? If the Palestinian People does not exist, what does exist? Arabs who live in Eretz Yisrael and who have disguised themselves as "Palestinians" for fraudulent purposes. "Only a means for continuing our struggle against the State of Israel," in Muhsein's words. A fraud so successful that even George Bush can be found seeking a state for that fraud!

Do you think Zahir Muhsein is alone? This transparent fraud about the so-called existence of Palestine is revealed to us by all the Arabs' leaders:

In 1974, the late Syrian President, Hafez al-Assad, declared: "It would be fitting for us to mention to the responsible Israeli authorities that we view Palestine not just as an inseparable part of the Arab nation, but as a part of Southern Syria." In 1987, he reiterated himself at a conference in Amman, "A country named 'Palestine' has never existed." Jordanian King Hussein responded, "The appearance of the national Palestinian persona serves as a response to Israel's claim that Palestine is Jewish."

Yet the prize goes to Arafat who in 1970, with candid simplicity, told the reporter Arianna Palazzi: "The question of borders doesn't interest us… From the Arab standpoint, we mustn't talk about borders. Palestine is nothing but a drop in an enormous ocean. Our nation is the Arabic nation that stretches from the Atlantic Ocean to the Red Sea and beyond it….. The P.L.O. is fighting Israel in the name of Pan-Arabism. What you call "Jordan" is nothing more than Palestine."

Such revelations are an eye-opener for anyone who has not understood until today the masked-ball being run by the Arabs: The true meaning of Arafat's words, that "Palestine is Jordan," is that for the Arabic people, living under the "Pan-Arab" umbrella, in addition to over twenty Arabic countries, there is already a country called Jordan that was established by the British for the Arabs on 77% of the Land of Israel, promised to the Jewish People by the League of Nations in 1922. Anywhere else on earth, could an additional country would be established for a people that already has twenty-one countries?

All the same, there is nothing like the testimony of the founder of the P.L.O. himself, Ahmed Shukari. Already in 1956 he proclaimed from the podium of the U.N., as the Arab League's ambassador there, that "such a creature as Palestine does not exist at all. This land is nothing but the southern portion of Greater Syria…"

And if Ahmed Shukari says that Palestine does not exist at all, the logical inference is that "Palestinians" do not exist at all either. That same Shukari was born of a Turkish mother in Lebanon, was himself a Jordanian lawyer, served as the ambassador of Syria to the U.N., the ambassador of the Arab League to the U.N., and the ambassador of Saudi Arabia to the U.N. In 1964, after this talented actor who changed loyalties like a chameleon was fired by the Saudis, Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser hired him to found the "Palestine Liberation Organization", the P.L.O., an organization dedicated to the liberation of a country that in his own words did not exist at all.

All the prominent spokesman of that poor, homeless "people" say openly: The Arabs who live in Eretz Yisrael are precisely the same Arabs who live in Syria, Jordan or Lebanon. They are not a separate country, but a fragment of the enormous Arab nation divided amongst many Arab countries. In their identity they are Arabs and the invention of Palestine is just a transparent bluff: "a means for continuing our struggle against the State of Israel for our Arab unity". Can any testimony be better than that of the Arabs themselves, exposing the lies and deception involved in Palestine's creation?

Yet the most compelling argument for the idea that the "Palestinian People" is a fraudulent invention, and that the Arabs are all one people, was expounded by none other than Mr. Husseini, head of the Supreme Arab Committee, to the U.N. special committee that was deliberating on Eretz Yisrael in 1947:

"An additional consideration of great importance for the Arab world is racial uniformity. The Arabs lived in a broad expanse stretching from the Mediterranean Sea to the Indian Ocean. They spoke one language, and shared a common history, tradition and aspirations. Their unity was the solid foundation for peace in one of the most central and sensitive regions in the world. For that reason, it does not make sense that the United Nations should facilitate the establishment of a foreign entity within that well-rooted unity."

Indeed, Mr. Husseini is correct. His declaration before the investigative committee of the United Nations exposes the simple fact that there is no "Palestinian" language and no unique "Palestinian" culture. The Palestinians are Arabs, and they cannot be set apart from the Jordanians, Syrians, Lebanese, Iraqis, etc.

Remove from the argument the lies and untruths and you reveal that the conflict is taking place between the Arabic, Muslim empire of twenty-one states and the Jewish People, claiming their right to their one and only historic homeland, consisting of less than one fifth of a percent of the lands under Arab control.

This is the twisted story of the biggest, most unprecedented fraud in history. It involves such a successful bluff that many people have no doubt about its veracity. This propaganda has become a powerful weapon by which means Israel's enemies, the Arabs, are trying to conquer Eretz Yisrael without firing a shot, without an army, tanks or jets. Part II - The Arabs' Ultimate Goal

Following the Six Day War, the Arab countries, defeated by a small county determined to survive, understood that Israel would be impossible to beat militarily. They understood that the Israeli Samson would be possible to beat only by way of the cunning of the Philistine Delilah. And that's what happened…. No longer would there be cries firing up the masses to genocide, but rather, sophistication… A melody carefully aimed at the delicate western ear. The Arabs discovered that from a propaganda standpoint, it was easier to convince world public opinion of the rights of the poor, small, deprived "Palestinian People" to its own state, than to justify the demand of the enormous Arab empire for an addition of territory from a tiny country fighting for its life.

The Palestinian People is a fabrication invented with aforethought as a psychological weapon of Arab countries defeated in battle, a "Trojan Horse" for conquering Eretz Yisrael, as Feisel Husseini said after the Oslo Accords.

So was born the worldwide propaganda campaign that turned matters on their head. The Israeli "David" against the Arab "Goliath" was transformed, by way of sophisticated propaganda, into the Israeli "Goliath" oppressing the Palestinian "David". The object of this propaganda is to blot out and forge the name and identity of the ancient, Biblical Eretz Yisrael, and to transform it into the land of "the Palestinian People" fabricated by Arab propaganda.

By such means did their false propaganda gain such a strong foothold in the media and the bastions of liberalism that no one has paid any attention to the simple truths spoken openly by Zahir Muhsein, Assad, Shukari, King Hussein or Arafat.

By means of brainwashing, fabrications, lies, falsification, and taking advantage of the world's ignorance and the international media's superficiality, a process has been taking place in broad daylight, for several dozen years already, of counterfeiting and blotting out history. And just as Goebbels and Hitler, the arch propagandists of the 20th century said derisively, the bigger the lie, the more people will believe in it.

Fulfilling the demands of the Palestinian lie, will put an end to the identity of Eretz Yisrael. Following the loss of the Land's identity, will come the loss of our right to the land. For, if there are "Palestinians", that implies that there is also a land called Palestine, and if there is a Palestine… then there is no Eretz Yisrael.

The most terrible part is that large sectors of Israel, itself, have already fallen into the Arab propaganda trap. It is they who are opening the door to the Trojan horse that will destroy the identity of Eretz Yisrael. This is a war that is not being waged by means of weapons and armies, or over physical territory. It is being waged on the battlefields of awareness of the Land's identity. The Roman name "Philistia" was a fiction invented by the Roman emperor Hadrian after the Bar Kochba Revolt in 135 C.E., a fiction of Hadrian then, and a fiction of the Arabs today, to the same degree.

It is a fabrication that represents no people, not then and not today. It is a sophisticated fiction invented for one purpose and one purpose alone, to wipe out a land's identity. If the land is called Palestine, then the Jewish people are occupiers. If the land is called Eretz Yisrael, then the Arabs are occupiers.

This is the essence of the Arab propaganda war, which is intended to steal the identity of Eretz Yisrael and to transform it into Palestine, and by such means to turn the Jewish people into occupiers of Eretz Yisrael. That's the whole story.

Now it's already clear. The Palestinian identity is tactical, artificial and temporary. It is just a tool in the pan-Arab struggle against Israel. The amazing thing is that it's all out in the open. Section 12 of the Palestinian charter summarizes the idea of this temporary identity, by stating that:

"The Palestinian people believes in Arab unification. It believes that in order to fulfill its task towards achieving this goal, it must, at this stage of its national struggle, preserve all the components of its Palestinian personality, and it must increase awareness of its existence, and reject all plans liable to weaken it or make it disappear."

Is there another people in the world that writes in its charter of self-definition the expression "at this stage"? And what will be in the next stage? Obviously, after conquering Israel, the territory will be divided up between Arab countries, and those Arab countries themselves will throw Palestine into the wastebasket of history.

As Arafat said, the Palestinian people are a fiction. The same is true regarding the Jordanian people, and all the other Arabic speaking peoples in the Middle East. These are not peoples with separate identities, but part of the great Arab nation. Only that has a true identity. By their self-definition, they cannot be divided up into a number of peoples with individual identities. Rather, they constitute one nation consisting of many states, as Arafat himself said to Arianna Palazzi in an incautious moment.

For the sophisticated Saudis, with their Saudi Peace Plan, it is clear that its purpose is not to actualize the rights of the Palestinian people to self-determination, for no such people exists. They conceal the truth that the great Arab nation has already actualized its right to self-determination by establishing a large number of countries, one of which extends over about 78% of the area of mandatory Eretz Yisrael. For the Arabs, exploding with laughter over the foolishness of the West, it is clear that if an additional Arab state arises in the western portion of Eretz Yisrael, that will not serve the right of self-determination, but the demand of imperial conquest of all Eretz Yisrael by the Arab nation. Is George Bush dragging Israel to its destruction?

The Palestinian fabrication is exposed precisely when we listen to authentic Arab voices. The prominent Arab historian, Dr. Philip Hitti, who expressed himself at the Anglo-American commission of inquiry in the State Department building in 1947, said as follows:

"Sir, Palestine never existed throughout history. Absolutely not!"

Moreover, Professor Juhan Hazam, in his testimony before that same commission, added:

"Before 1917, when Balfour made his declaration, there had never been a Palestinian question, and there was no Palestine as a political or geographic unit."

Also a local Arab leader, Abd al-Mahdi, testified before the Peal Commission in 1937 as follows:

"There is no such land. Palestine is a term invented by the Zionists. There is no Palestine in the Bible. Our land was for hundreds of years a part of Syria."

Indeed, this is a picture of the real situation in 1918 and at the start of the British conquest of Eretz Yisrael…

Were there any trace of truth to the claim regarding the historicity of a Palestinian People, we should certainly have expected to find mention of it in the history books and encyclopedias, as well as in archaeological research.

Part III- Will Israel finish Hadrian's Work?

Thus, the way to Palestinian Hell was paved with the good intentions of Christian Zionists like Lord Balfour, the British foreign secretary. In the Balfour declaration, and by the decree of the Mandate, they decided, based on historic rights, to grant Eretz Yisrael to the Jewish people. Yet they called it Hadrian's Roman name, Palestine, which had originally had the precise intention of blotting it off the map.

From that moment on, the way was prepared for the birth of the Palestinian fiction.

The name Palestine, by which the British accidentally called the land, bore the seeds of destruction of the Palestinian bluff, as if the entire Land was the stolen property of the Palestinian people, an ancient, rooted people, thousands of years old. This was such an incredible but successful fabrication that large portions of Israeli society fell into its snare. In the report presented in 1938 to the League of Nations, the British made it very clear: "The name 'Palestine' is not a country but a geographic region.'"

No one could have imagined in 1917, at the time of the Balfour declaration during WWI, that anyone would use the name Palestine to create a monstrous, hostile, false identity, for propaganda purposes, and would engrave on their flag the destruction of Israel.

The reporter and writer Joan Peters, in her book From Time Immemorial, writes, "The one and only identity never adopted [by the inhabitants of Eretz Yisrael] before 1967 was that of 'Palestinian Arab'."

The Palestinian lie was not hatched by any land or any people, but by a map, a map drawn by two European colonial ministers, an Englishman, Herman Sykes, and a Frenchman, George Picot, and on the map was written… "Palestine". It was clear to the British that Palestine as a sovereign political unit had never existed. No nation had ever borne its name. No people had ever prayed for its welfare. It was a name that hadn't existed at all for 1300 years, ironically, precisely when Muslim empires were dominant. "Palestine" was a Roman political fabrication that had faded and disappeared together with the empire that had created it.

The Land regained independence only when the name "Eretz Yisrael" [the Land of Israel], the name in the hearts of the first Zionists, was restored to it. Had not this identity been preserved by the Jewish People, and had it not been preserved in the hearts of the Christian Bible-loving nations who made up the League of Nations, the national rebirth of the Jewish People might never have taken place.

This is the substance of the war being waged on millions of television screens throughout the world. It is being waged over the identity of Eretz Yisrael. It is being waged by means of all the media, and it seems as though the Arabs have the upper hand, while Israel leaves an impression of impotence, of not yet having even identified the battlefield on which its fate will be sealed.

While Israel prepares jets and tanks for a military struggle, Israel's enemies are preparing their weapons for the final battle, for sticking the last dagger into the back of a State of Israel that does not understand and is not even ready for this battle. Unless Israel prepares for this battle, comes to an understanding of its complexity and frees itself from the false terminologies and constant brainwashing, Israel will be defeated and its land will be irrevocably taken from it.

Will Israel, which valiantly vanquished all the Arab armies when they attacked it also know how to face this propaganda attack that is threatening to destroy it?

It would seem as though the battle is already decided. The Arab propaganda has already penetrated the nervous system and destroyed the immune system that defended the Jewish People for 2000 years, with even the Israeli Prime Minister and Foreign Minister saying that "Israel's interest is to establish a Palestinian state"…

In other words, what they want is for the Bible to be rewritten and for King David's land of the Bible to become the land of Goliath the Philistine.

Could anything be more insane? Is there another nation on earth that behaves this way?

Is it possible that Israel will be beaten without a single shot being fired, simply handing over their land to a wretched fabrication, a coarse, primitive, charlatan canard, a deception that conceals the destruction that the Arabs are preparing for Israel? Could Israel's leaders be too blind to see the danger looming of the Land's Jewish identity being lost? Will precisely the vision of the prophets, fulfilled with the establishment of the State of Israel, bring with it the destruction of the identity of the Jewish People's land, and lead to its exchange for the false identity of Hadrian – Palestine? When lies are repeated many times, they become true. Such a lie is the fabrication regarding the existence of a historic Palestinian identity. That false identity, which began with Hadrian's curse and that was revived by Lord Balfour, has become a first rate propaganda tool. It became that the moment the Arabs understood the potential of destroying the identity of Eretz Yisrael, and with it the identity of the People of Israel, whose name bears the stamp of ownership of the Land.

The struggle against Israel was the glue that bound the Arab world, otherwise sunken in endless internal quarrels. The Arabs' aim in fabricating Palestine was not to build a nation but to annihilate a nation. Yet to conceal that plan, they invented the plan of "phases". The first phase is the invention of a "Palestinian People". The second phase is the liquidation of Israel, weakened and wearied after Oslo.

By such means did the Arabs conceal their genocidal intent with a "new tool", in the words of Zahir Muhsein, for conquering Eretz Yisrael without firing a shot.

All of these lies and falsehoods, this whole "costume ball" is being marketed by the media, which is turning out to be an obsessive collaborator with the biggest lie on earth. Precisely this Hadrian understood. That's why he chose the name Palestine. Precisely this is understood as well by Hadrian's heirs – the Arab propagandists who through their use of this false name sever the historic tie between the People and the Land of Israel. Without doing that, it would be impossible to use the word "conquest" – could a people be considered the conqueror of its own land? The question Israel faces is this: Will the Jews forego the name and the identity of their Biblical land? Will the Christian world agree to concede on the identity of the cradle of western civilization, the holy land, Eretz Yisrael?

It's the twist of fate that for all this to happen, the Jews had to vanquish Hadrian completely, return to their land, establish sovereignty, resurrect the Hebrew language, establish a mighty army, industry, the best agriculture on earth, hi-tech, culture, song, dance, reestablish a nation, rebuild Jerusalem as their capital and settle every town and village that Hadrian destroyed. Could we have possibly come full circle? Will Hadrian's curse, which didn't succeed for 1800 year, precisely when Israel was in exile from their land, succeed just now, with Israel's return? Will it be precisely the Israeli government that will resurrect Hadrian's curse, previously lost in the depths of forgetfulness?

Today, 1800 years later, an Israeli Prime Minister is calling for fulfilling what Hadrian failed to do – the erasure of Eretz Yisrael and the establishment of Palestine.

The Emperor Hadrian is smiling from the grave. The historic significance of the rise of settlements since the beginning of Zionism has been not just to restore the Jewish people to Eretz Yisrael, but chiefly to reinstate the Hebrew identify of Eretz Yisrael.

The pioneers who transformed Um Juni to Degania, the first kibbutz in the Holy Land (1910), restored its Hebrew identity. With that act, a parcel of our homeland was conquered. The work brigade that transformed “Ein Jalud” to Ein Harod (1921) restored the Biblical identity from Gidon’s days to the valley. The same goes for the transformation of the hills of “Abu Shusha” to Mishmar HaEmek, and the transformation of “Ja’uni” to “Gai-Oni” (Valley of My Strength), and then to Rosh Pina. Every settlement restored to every abandoned spot in the Land its Biblical, Hebrew identity.

The establishment of Elon Moreh renewed the Israeli identity of Elon Moreh.

The recent fight in Hebron over Jewish settlement in part of Hebron’s Jewish Quarter where Arab squatters had set up a marketplace was not just over the rights of two families. The pioneers of Jewish Hebron understand that this battle is over Hebron’s identity. If Hebron is populated by Jews, Hebron’s identity will be Jewish, and if there are only Arabs in Hebron, then even Hebron’s name will be abandoned in favor of “Al Halil,” the Arabic name. The Left wants an Arabic identity for Hebron. Their hatred for settlement is hatred for the idea of linking Eretz Yisrael and the Jewish people. That is the whole story.

Yet not just Hebron is involved. The Left also does not want any of Judea and Samaria to have a Jewish identity. Their friends in the media continue to label the heart of Eretz Yisrael by foreign names given to it by our people’s enemies, such as “Palestine,” the “West Bank,” the “territories,” and the “occupation.” They’ll call the land of the Bible by every possible name, just not the only name that restores a Jewish identity to our land – Judea and Samaria. The meaning of the name “Judea” is that this is the land of the Jews, and Eretz Yisrael means that this is the land of Yisrael – just as Eire-land is the land of the Eires, Eng-land is the land of the English, and Fin-land is the land of the Finns. They cannot be occupiers of a land named after them. A land’s identity is like the identity of the people inhabiting it. The people of Israel cannot be considered occupiers of the Land of Israel.

Had there been no renewed settlement in Shiloh, Beit El and Elon Moreh, these would have remained abstract Biblical names, in the realm of legend. Settlement created the Land’s identity anew. Settlement restored to these areas their true names, and removed from the Arabic conqueror the false Arabic names. Shiloh recreated Biblical Shiloh. If Judea and Samaria are ever abandoned, they won’t just be abandoned physically but in terms of their identity.

Once more, on all the world’s maps, Eretz Yisrael will no longer be called Eretz Yisrael or Israel, but something else. Surely, until 1967, Judea and Samaria were called “the West Bank of the Kingdom of Jordan.” Israel’s military victory over Jordan restored to them their true Biblical name. If Israel abandons them, the enemy will not call them by their Hebrew name, but by their counterfeit name, Palestine, a name artificially created by the Emperor Hadrian when he subdued the Bar Kochba revolt in his longing to destroy the Jewish identify of Judea.

Hadrian’s curse failed. The name Palestine was abandoned entirely over the years. Already the Crusaders called the land “the Kingdom of Jerusalem.” The Arabic conquest didn’t call the Land by any name whatsoever. It was just Southern Syria. For 1300 years the land lacked any identity, and lacked any people that identified with the Land – except for our people. The anti-Semitic British, halting aliyah and settlement by way of their White Paper, understood what the anti-Semites in our midst understand: settlement restores Jewish identity to the Land.

Every outpost carrying a Hebrew name transforms another section of the Land to Hebrew. The battle is not one of tanks or jets. The battle today is the most decisive battle ever. It is a battle over the identity of the Land. Will the Land carry a counterfeit Arabic or pagan identity, a forged name from the Emperor Hadrian? Or will it have an Israelite, Biblical identity – the true identity of the Land.

Only settlement will restore to the Land its Israeli identity. The Arabs demand that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert hand over to them the Land, empty of Jews. As long as there are Jews in Judea, it will be impossible to call it by its counterfeit propaganda name – Palestine. The only thing stopping this government from handing over Eretz Yisrael to the enemy is their inability to destroy Jewish settlement, which meanwhile is stopping the wheels of destruction in Judea. The construction of hundreds of new outposts is the only guarantee that the identity of Eretz Yisrael will be preserved.

The desire to destroy settlements is the desire to destroy the identity of Eretz Yisrael – the land of the people of Israel.

So many of us for so long have been sitting around waiting for that one sign to come and tell us that the time has arrived. So many of us for so long have been waiting, that we have long forgotten what we are waiting for. Is it for that comforting voice of the pilot telling us: Shalom and welcome to El Al flight 001 this is Captain Menachem Ben David and I'm taking you home. Are we waiting for the phone to ring its last ring and tell us: Hi, this is Shiloh Ben David, your travel agent. I've just booked you on Continental Flight 20. But whatever it is that we are waiting for, one thing is certain: We are doing just that - waiting and waiting and waiting. This though, is nothing new for the Jew.
In this week's parsha we are told: Then Hashem, your G-d will return your captivity and have mercy upon you, and He will gather you in from all the peoples to where Hashem, your G-d has scattered you. What exciting news, here the Torah is telling us that when the time comes for Redemption, Hashem Himself will come and gather His people homeward. Sounds great, but how is this to come about?
Rashi comments that so great is the day of the ingathering of the exiles, it will come about with much difficulty, as if He Himself (G-d) must actually hold each and every Jew with His hands to take him from his place in the exile in order to return him to his Land. But why should this be so? Surely, the Jew in exile - out of his Land - was waiting impatiently to return to his Land, and at the first opportunity, when the sign would come he would joyfully return. For what normal person would want to live outside of his own Land, what normal people would not want to be redeemed? But this is exactly what Rashi is teaching us, that when the day arrives, the Jew has to be literally pulled by his teeth to come home.
So we find with the exiles of Egypt, that when the call came in to leave, the great majority of the Jewish people in old Egypt wanted to stay. Many reason were given for not wanting to leave: Who is Moshe that he should be the one to take us out, he himself was raised in Pharaoh's palace, I'm waiting for the real savior to come. Things are good now in Egypt, I'm just waiting for the price of my home to go back up before baking matzot and heading out - and the list went on and on and on.
Things did not change much for the Jew in the time of the returnees from Babylon. The book of Ezra teaches us: Hashem aroused the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, and he issued a proclamation throughout his kingdom - and in writing as well, saying: Thus said Cyrus king of Persia, all the kingdoms of the earth has Hashem G-d of Heaven given me, and He has commanded me to build Him a Temple in Jerusalem. Whoever is among you of His entire people - may his G-d be with him - let him go up to Jerusalem. But if this sign was not enough for the people to flock home, for surely, many said to themselves: Who is Cyrus - a non Jew- that we should listen to him and head home? Hashem Himself told His prophet Isaiah that Cyrus is G-d's anointed one and called him His shepherd, someone "who fulfills all My desires" (Isaiah 44:28)
Still. . . this was not enough for those who wait, and they needed a clearer sign then the prophet himself So they continued to wait and wait and only some 20 percent of the Jewish people returned from the Babylonian exile. And the ones who waited -the Rabbis, the business owners, the high society people - what became of them? If they did not make their way up to the Land of Israel, then they all, after a few generations, assimilated and were lost to the Jewish people forever.
Will today's Redemption - the one we are in the midst of - be any different than the previous ones for the "waiters"? The Radak, just one of tens of rabbis who wrote in this light throughout the generations, writes: "Just as the redemption from Babylonia was done by the hands of Cyrus, also in the future the Redemption will come about through the nations of the world" (Psalms 146:3).
So the "waiters" continue to wait until that phone rings, understanding not that the call has already been placed and the boat has left shore. Let us not wait until the secure "walls" of this world tumble down, but let us listen to the call that had gone out some time ago and head on home now while time allows, for in the dead of night, when all is silent, one can indeed hear that the phone is ringing!

The Six-Day war of 1967 - what a divine, golden opportunity! What a disastrous failure to seize it!
They poured across the ancient lands - theirs. The children of Israel. The soldiers, children of a generation that went to the gas chambers, a thing the Gentile had come to equate with the Jews. Now they burst across the ground from which, just days earlier, the Arabs had boasted of the coming slaughter. The trap, the iron noose, which the Arabs had built around the Jewish state in May 1967 was shattered. “The trap is broken, and we have escaped!” (Psalms 123).
Across the land – theirs – they poured. Judea, and its hills! Bethlehem, where David was born and where for two millennia Rachel stood weeping for the sons and daughters who now returned. Hebron, where the fathers and mothers of the nation lived and are buried. Samaria, with Shechem and Bet El and Shilo and Jericho and Gigal and the ten tribes and Elijah and Hosea and – history. Gaza, where Samson smashed the Philistines….And now, the children had returned, incredibly, swiftly, mightily, to free the land from the trespassers, to redeem the stolen homeland.
What an opportunity! The Messiah knocked and history smiled and they touched fingers with their ancestors. Now, now was the opportunity to rid the land of those who a bare forty-eight hours earlier had danced in an orgy of Jew hatred, vowing to do unto Jewish men what they had done – partly – in the decades past and to inflict on Jewish women the horrors of which they were so capable. Now, now as the moment whose time had come. Now.
How the Arabs expected to be slaughtered! How they knew what they would have done if the roles were reversed! In Hebron white flags flew from every window as the inhabitants shook in terror, remembering 1929. The sixty-seven murdered Jews rested heavily on their heads as they waited for Jewish vengeance….
No, the Israeli soldiers did not slaughter them – and how they expected it! And how they would have fallen and kissed the soldiers’ boots had they been told: “You know what you deserve. You know what you did and what we should do to you. You know what you would have done in our place. But we are not you: we are Jews, and we give you a chance to live. You have forty-eight hours to take all that you can and cross the Jordan. Out! They would have kissed Jewish feet and fled.
Israel would have been free of them, and the ugly world that just days earlier had waited in expectation and anticipation of Jewish tragedy would have remained silent, so thunderstruck was it at the miracle of the Six-Day War! And Israel would have been free of the cancer, the terrible specter of 800,000 more Jew haters. And Jews could have settled the length and breath of the land, and we could have brought the redemption that much closer….
But no, the gentilized and the Hellenists – whose terror of man is an article of faith replacing awe and faith in G-d – fled from greatness. It was the same fear of the world reaction that saw orders given not to shell the Old City lest Christian and Muslim holy places be damaged. Jewish soldiers had to pick their way through the narrow streets and alleyways. Dozens were killed by sniper fire – all needlessly, all murdered by Arab bullets and Jewish timidity.
The Arabs were neither killed nor driven from Hebron. Defense Minister Moshe Dayan, one of the architects of the Jewish disaster, raced to the city to assure the Muslim Khadi (“priest”) that the cave of Machpela would remain in Muslim hands. It was the policy of a man who opposed attacking the Golan Heights for fear that the Soviet allies of Syria would intervene. It was the fear of a man who not only refused to expel the Arabs, but forcibly returned those who had already fled! The Arab village of Kalkilya, which touches Kfar Saba, was for years one of the most vicious nests of terrorists. Regularly, the vipers would slither from Kalkilya to murder Jews. For years, Jews watched with gritted teeth and waited for the day…
In 1967 it came. The populace fled in panic. Thousands abandoned their village and swarmed eastward to the Jordan. Dayan ordered paratroopers to catch them and bring them back – lest the world think that Israel was preparing a new wave of refuges. Heaven forbid!o
The miracle came and was rejected. The gold was turned by reverse alchemy into dross. Rather then being free of 800,000 enemies, the Jews allowed them to remain – them and their endless number of children. They drain us of our money, kill our children, and steal our land. In 1967 Muadi Abu-Minsha feared a slaughter. In 1975 he said: “Israel has no choice….I think the whole world recognizes the justice of the Palestinians… Arafat’s plan is a good one and I think Israel should adopt it.”
History will never forgive Israel its failure of nerve and fear of world opinion. The nation as a whole is already paying the price.
The question is not how can we remove the Arabs, but rather how can we not? To do nothing is the simplest and most simplistic policy. It will certainly spare this government, and perhaps the next both the agony of having to take the bold and excruciating step and the price of not taking it. The deluge, the flood will not come tomorrow. But come it certainly will, and sooner than we think. This generation already feels the first searing heat that will become the terrible flood of fire. No, the question is: How can we possibly sit and not rid ourselves of the Arabs who seek to destroy us from within? What inexplicable loss of national preservation, will, and sanity makes the Jews of Israel hesitate to save themselves?

“But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land before you, those of them whom you leave shall be as pins in your eyes and as thorns at your sides, and they will harass you upon the land in which you dwell. And it shall be that what I had meant to do to them, I shall do to you.”

A quick glimpse into Israeli government recently-approved housing permits shows quite a remarkable phenomenon. While no new cities have been planned for some time in Israel, it seems now that the Israeli government has done a turnaround and has been approving quite a few new cities to be built.

Just last week the government approved the formation of a committee to build a new city in the Galilee; this, after many years without any new city planned. A recently abandoned Israeli army base just outside of Gush Ezion - the Shdemah army base - will be left for a new neighborhood to be built on that spot.

And during her latest visit to Israel in July of this year, US Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice was told about two new neighborhoods that will be built on the Jerusalem-Binyamin highway, that are to be made up of some 8,000 housing units. In his talks with Madame Secretary, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak put his foot down and told the Secretary of State: This is just the way it is - we are building these new neighborhoods and that’s that!

But there is more. Down south, in the Negev, after a 15-year battle a new community will finally arise. The fight started years ago with the then Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin pledging to build a new community that could house tens of thousands. Finally, it will become a reality! Plans for the community are being prepared by the Israeli Land Administration and will then be examined by the Regional Council for Planning and Building of the Israeli government.

Of course, this entire construction boom is not for the Jews of the Land of Israel, but rather, for the Arabs among us. For the Jews a very strict ban on building has been enforced for some time in Yosh (Yehuda and Shomron) under the pressure of the Bush administration. Just try to build the smallest of additions to your house, and the police will show up the very next morning to destroy it. Caravans are stopped on the road and confiscated. Even if one is able to construct some type of structure, the Israeli electric company, under strict orders from Olmert and Co., will not hook the site up to the electric lines; this goes also for Bezek phones. On the other hand, Arabs build unabated as tens of thousands of “illegal”
structures continue to be built in the Galilee and Negev, and no one bats an eye.

How did all of this come about, that the government of Israel works on stopping the Jewish population from expanding, and actually, with the help of the Israeli tax shekel, helps our enemies to conquer the Land?

The answer, written in our parsha, is as clear as day: And it shall be that what I had meant to do to them I shall do to you.” Instead of the Jewish people coming to conquer and settle the Land, Hashem has given over that right to the Arab enemy. All because we do not do what we must.

The conquest of the Land of Israel is not just a nice thing, or some proud achievement to display to Hadassah women and receive a plaque, but rather, the commandment to settle the Land consists of two parts; the first being the conquest of the Land, and only then, the settling of it. It is not enough to just settle the Land and to leave the enemy within, for in a short time they will raise their ugly head against you. The holy Or-Hachayim writes that not only will you not be able to settle the places where they the enemy are, but even in the places where just you live (like Tel Aviv), you will not be able to survive.

What we fail to understand is that this is not just common sense, but this is Torah law. How many times have we heard from rabbis that the Nation must do Teshuva - to return to Hashem, and that will save the Jewish people They say we must keep the Shabbat laws, eat kosher, observe the laws of family purity, etc. But it must be known that part of doing national Teshuva is to remove the Arab enemy from the Land! This is no less of a commandment than any other! There is no other option, as the Torah tells us - it's either them ruling the Land, or us.

It's time to realize that what is needed is not another “Shas kindergarten”, or another kollel, but a real understanding that the removal of the enemy from Israel is Torah law!

Behind The Altalena Affair

A little bit of required history you will not read or see on television. THE ALTALENA AFFAIR - One of Rabin's proudest military moments came on June 22, 1948. Menachem Begin's Irgun, another Israeli military group, was in the midst of negotiating a pact with David Ben-Gurion under which Irgun would join the new Israeli Defense Force. Meanwhile, the Irgun had loaded a ship, the Altalena, with weapons and Jewish fighters (many of them Holocaust survivors) to join the IDF. Ben-Gurion ordered that the Altalena be fired upon. Rabin carried out his orders to the letter. Later, Rabin bragged how he had "bumped them off on the deck of the burning ship and while they were trying to swim to safety." Sixteen Jews were killed, many shot while swimming to shore.

The Labour party bowed to British pressure for a Jewish State and accepted only a Jewish minority with no autonomy or state. The Labour party accepted continued outright Arab aggression backed by the British in the early years of the Yishuv and outright threw up their hands in defeat and cowardice. The Labour Zionist organization refused to allow Jewish workers in their union if they did not bow to their ideals of socialism and no Judaism. The Labour party spent 95% of their time fighting Jabotinsky's idealistic movement of Pride toward Jewish rights and homeland. The Labour party's ideal of ruler ship excluded sects of Jews and valiant bold Jews who stood against anything less than an autonomous state. Below is a video of just one incident where the Irgun (Jabotinsky's fighting legion) bringing in desperately needed ammunition to fight for independence was shot at and killed even after surrender and while these Holocaust survivors jumped ship for their lives to be killed in the water by their fellow Jews. Ben Gurion's famous words " Blessed are the Canons who shot and killed these Jews".
Of course today, Jabotinsky's ideals are fully vindicated as his words live on in the minds and hearts and have proven to be almost prophetic so many a times. What remains astonishing is the roots of the Labour party then is now and the people of Israel have legitimized and even mostly voted them into most all governments. Learn your history and stand up.

A Voice Repressed in Israel

There are no less than 3 Arab parties sitting at the helm of our Jewish parliamant "Hadash" led by Mohammad Barakeh, "National Democratic Assembly" led by Jamal Zahalka and "Ra'am Ta'al" (Arab Movement for Renewal) led by Talab El-Sana. In the course of Israeli history there have been mind boggling so called Jews whom formed a party to bolster Arabs and remove any trace of Judaism from Israel - they call themselves "Meretz Yahad" led today by Zahava Gal-On with no less than 5 seats . Previous's Knesset also showcased 2"Shinui" parties, "Secular Faction" , and a host of others. While there are religious parties they have all effectively been neutered and today not one can stand for an all Jewish state a large group of Jews aspire and have been as prescribed by the Torah for 3000 years. These parties deem to represent Torah, yet they fold to it's most basic precept. Exclusive dominion of Jews in the land of Israel. (View Torah, Book of Joshua, Maimonides etc..) A Jewish state without interference and without melting of societies has been effectively outlawed by the Israeli Supreme Court in 1988. The first and only party led by an esteemed and genious Rabbi Meir Kahane clearly delineated the sources and single handidly out debated any other false created notion built up over the years of exile and assimilation. His party for fear of power was quickly outlawed for embracing this all Jewish concept proven by Maimonides, The Prophets, and Torah. The same year we saw Arab parties indicted and released freely to voice an outright rejection of the jewish state with it's sole purpose of Arab priorities and even outright treason and plotting with enemies against the state

Certainly the ruling Labour and Kadima parties in power have no intentions of an all Jewish homeland. Their platform is to embrace the arabs in a united melting pot of Jews and Arabs washing away any distinctiveness the Jewish people may possess. Intermarriage with Arabs are welcome and encouraged - a holocaust, world jewry is presently suffering worldwide while it's inate instinct calls for aliyah to the jewish homeland less than 1% make aliyah. Ghaleb Majadle is a top ranking Arab official, Science and Technology, Culture and Sport Minister opposses a change in current administration. Why ? well the Arab sector is the 2nd largest sector in the Labor Party ! Does it matter if the administration is the poorest Israel has ever seen. Of course not, the Arab agenda is not the Israel agenda. Obvious. Yes of course. On Who are those making aliyah - Labour / Kadima embracers ? Obviously not, those are with Olmert's son living in exile by choice and showing example. It is those who embrace Torah honestly, and cannot help to wonder why their Rabbi's stay.

A Jew who beleives that the land of Israel belongs to the Jewish people as per his Torah his ancestors lived by for 3000 years has no one in the Jewish homeland government to vote for. Sounds ironic ? It certainly is.

Why can't we have a Jewish Democracy. Yes, it excludes Arab enemies, and don't be fooled to think they are or ever were loyal to the Jewish state and it's homeland to the Jews. Does America have an Arab party - why not , there are 3.5 million Arabs in America more than all the Arabs in Israel. Not only a party, but one that doesn't beleive in America but Arab independence and autonomy in America. Such a thing is unheard of because it wouldn't be offered a platform to even begin. Yet no one dare say it is less of a democracy. In fact, it is heralded the democracy par excellence. So why the unheard of double standard -self imposed by folding and cowardly Jews in Israel. More so, Israel has the best defence and understanding being outwardly attaked since it's inception and before by all Arabs those in Jordan and beyond. Yet we fail to stand up and be proud Jews rather choose to be a product of downtrodden exile mentality.

Yehiel,
I would like to thank you for taking the time out to address Ra'anana last night. I did have a few questions that I would like to ask you and copy the Likud party as well. Let me begin..
1) The Arab facts.
a. Relatively speaking Israeli Arabs don't contribute back to the economy as the Jews so aren't they a huge economical drain? (Imagine if we saved expenses on Arab towns, security walls, additional army resources within Israel, technology against kassams etc..)
b. You mentioned Bibi cut childcare allowances because of the Beduins. But doesn't this inadvertently hurt the incentive for large Jewish families which is what we need and want. Why not tackle the issue head on to remove the Arabs and hence the coffers grow as does our security and definition as a people ?
You Spoke about principles.
2) Why not an all Jewish State ? Isn't that what we came to Israel for, to maintain our Judaism as a nation.
a. Why hasn't the Likud spearheaded the argument of Avigdor Lieberman to remove the Arabs from Knesset. This is an issue well overdue and glaring straight at us.
b. Why has the Likud under Bibi launched a lawsuit with the Supreme court to rule a Jewish state "racist" by the Kach party in fear of losing votes rather than keeping to principle. If Jabotinsky were alive I believe in 1990 he would have chose to lead the Kach party and not the Likud. He was a man of unwavering principles.
c. Why do we lean on low statistical numbers to mock Moshe Feiglin rather than respond to the issues of differences head on. His main campaign is not "Emuni" it's bringing Judaism back to a Jewish state. It's returning to our source. How else would you define a Jew? Wouldn't a true leader mend and unite this small faction within the Likud and work together ? (Feiglin approached Bibi to shake hands and congratulate his party leadership and was dissented. Would Jabo do the same with a foe let alone a party member ?)
d. Our dismal educational system requires injected life. But what else could possibly spur it than a genuine awakening of belief and spirit of Judaism that we've forsaken from our forefathers? Why else be in Israel. Isn't it Gods promise for Centuries of success in the land if we only followed his statutes ?
e. Our people are confused & tired of politics leading nowhere but how can we lead the Jewish people to anything worthwhile when we ourselves do not show Judaism as distinct and lofty as it should be. Perhaps to wear a kippah and keep Shabbat as a bare minimum within the party. Why not ? Are we afraid to show our Judaism for what they might say?
You may respond that these are unpopular sta to the stances toward the masses and hence a fear to state them outright. Nonsense, if you’re a principled party as claimed, and believes in this truth (if you indeed do) then ultimately it will prevail and only it will prevail for falsehood always falls at the end. If we saw the amazing miracles of 48, 67, the revival of ancient Hebrew, a flourishing state under war, etc.. why is it suddenly a leap of faith to run against the current despite how far reaching it seems. In the spirit of Jabotinsky (the basis of the Likud) – if you are sure your way is right – do it and it will be your way". In short, from whence will our salvation come – Washington or the God of Israel. If history has anything to say, the cards are stacked against the first.

Short Response to the Jerusalem Conference 2008

To the Jerusalem Conference
It is clear from the outcome of this meeting most are quite impressed by the Professors words as front video on the Jerusalemconference.com webpage. It's important to bring out, that there is a clear false conclusion on some points. Yet on a single point it requires immediate response. Glaringly it is, the deterioration of military technological edge as the factor causing the losses of war. Example used is 1967 vs. 1973 wars and Lebanon onwards.

One need not be religious to answer as follows.
a) Do not remove the factor of godliness 100% in every event. Surely there must be some validity to a God who has promised this land to a people for 3000 years and the miracles seen on the battlefield in 48, 67 and onwards should not be discounted at all let alone to nil. Incidentally, the Torah clearly states that when success comes do not discount the living god and commit the victories to your own strength. This happens to be the major chastisement to the Jewish people throughout the bible and it's hold is well and alive in the ranks of government and university as shown at the Jerusalem conference.
b) One must not discount the weakness of Israeli government that bowed to American pressure not to respond in accordance with Israeli will and sense. Essentially substituting the God of Israel with the God of Washington.

These to a thinking individual who is even weak in belief but ponders the details and facts must be the essential reasons of failure. We are in full force to repeat the same historic mistakes as they are not acknowledged at all. How can they be then corrected? This is most frightening.

Geulah by the Year 6000

Are most people aware of the impending Geulah by Year 6000 in the Jewish calendar. So you say we're in 5767-68 and that's 233 years from now. Let us see..

The Gemarah mentions the world will last but only 6,000 years. The 1st 2,000 is characterized by "Null and Void" which is where we saw life up until Avraham Avinu the dawn of Monotheism and Judaism. The next 2,000 years by Torah which is where we saw the giving and study of the Torah by Tanaim, Amoraim, Geonim etc.. The last 2,000 years are characterized by redemption.
The 6,000 years of history directly correlate with the 6 days of creation. In fact every 66.6 years correspond to 1 hour of creation. It is amazing to see that events in history very much correspond to events in the first 6 days of creation.
This people born to barren foremothers against all odds, suffered slavery to witness a promise against all odds, traveled through a barren desert for 40 years and rose to be a chosen nation against all odds, promised (by Abraham) an insignificant parcel of land and created history on it against all odds, witnessed the presence of God in Jerusalem's temple against all logic. Suffered innumerous attempts of genocide and survived against all odds. An ancient people have come back to their origin revived in an ancient existence speaking an ancient authentic language - against all odds. Indeed this nation exists against all odds.

The gemarah cites a dispute between two tannaim over wether the reserection of the dead will be 210 or 214 years prior to the redemption. You do the math..

Israel's Biased Media

The media is evidently biased in that anything that legitimizes or portrays a struggle that is contrary to government policy is blacked out of media. Likewise, broadcasts for government policy of liberalism, democratic equality, heroism of hellenized progress, Arab integration, peaceful arab co-existence and progress to that extent, gays, lesbians etc.. are emphasized as hallmarks of Israeli desires and postive methedology. In the process, the public is unknowingly as in most societies taught what only a few decide must be taught.

For example, when R' Meir Kahane was repressed, unfairly treated in so many ways be it rallies, in the Knesset, avoided democratic fairness, radio or television talk time banning, and even his killing was all glossed over and dug under the carpet. More recently "Ghandi" too was killed and very little media was given to his views of a Jewishly rooted idea. In contrast, Yitzchak Rabin was given such huge coverage, that today so many years later, there are continous heart felt broadcasts of his loss. All this because Rabin cloaked the Governments policies.

We know what needs to be done.

Hellenized Jews & Gentelized Hebrews

R' Meir Kahane clearly & prophetically aroused the real issue almost a century ago that we so squarely face today - the hellenized Jews and Gentelized Hebrews. Never in history have we seen Jews turn against Judaism and Jews for that matter as we see today. So the "Zionist" pioneers who sought to do away with Judaism and produce the newly invented zionism without Judaism forced the removal of sidelocks and Kippahs in return for the hellenized form of Kibbutz life. Today, these Jews whom held Judaism strong in foreign lands for 2000 years lost it quickly iin the holy land no less by their Jewish brethren. Today, we reap the fruits of their labour, as the gentilized Hebrew has replaced belief in God with the worship of drugs, sex and disastrous liberties, the yoke of heaven with the liberties to destroy oneself, the specialness of a Jew with the poor copy of a Western culture for the pursuit of "I" and materialism.
So on April 1st 2007 Jimmy Carter is awarded the "truthteller" award by no less the hellenized Jewish West presented to him by "Rabbi" Leonard Beerman, founding Rabbi of the Leo Baeck Temple in Los Angles and board member of the U.S. Interreligious Committee for Peace in the Middle East. All this for having written the most absurd anti Israel book in the modern century. Are you surprised ? Don't be. It's the natural product of Hellenization.

Opposite Outcomes

Since the Oslo Accords and earlier Israel has rushed to embrace the Arabs. Ehud Olmert is found running to "hug" Abbas and it is only Condoleeza Rice of the USA who sets the limit to our embrace.

Hamas is elected to government a shock to the embraces and unilateral "handing over" of Israeli territories and recognition to create a Palestinian state. The Knesset of Israel then encourages Arab MK's into government and promoting Arab MK Ghaleb Majadle to take over the Culture, Science and Sport Portfolio. It includes control of the Space Agency completely leaving Israel open to sensitive security issues in the hands of Arabs. Arab MK Majadle then claims the security checks on him are "racist". Weeks later a long standing Arab MK is found guilty of espionage against the Jewish state.

Isn't this exactly what the Torah warned us not to do and would sensibly be the enemies reactions. Is there a Jew in any of the 22 Arab states with a position in government ? Hamas is now being legitimized, the Arab world has set the agenda for the price to release 1 kidnapped soldier in exchange for scores of Terrorists that our soldiers put their lives on the line nightly to seize. Egypt then Jordan set forth the plan to return our kidnapped soldier. Our leaders wait to be guided by our enemies as they set the agenda.

Looking into it deeper, once sees, they are crying out for a tough stance by Israel to place the Arabs back. King Abdullah stated "the present Israeli PM is causing instability in the region and is a danger to the Middle East". Yes, amongst nations there must be leaders. Those who are attacked know what to do best. If they are Jewish, it is their God given task. The task is wide open for the taking and we are failing to be bold and stand up.

Jewish Laws Transgressed Today

Shemot 34: "Observe what I command you this day, Behold I drive I out .. less you make a covenant with the nations I drive out.. less it be a snare in your midst. Abarbanel: "For having taken their land, they will seek arms with Israel. That is why the verse states you have come upon the land - they have been "robbed" of it. So how will they observe a covenant of Love. Just the opposite, they will be a snare in your midst, and when there will be a war against you, they will join your enemies. Sheer Logic our leaders are ignorant of.

Halacha: When Joshua went into the land he gave them 3 options 1) Evacuate 2) Peace = Surrender - clear conditions of Tribute and Servitude. Both must be acceptable or there is war. (Sifri & Rambam: Melachim 6:1, 4:1). Servitude means they shall be humble and low and not raise their head in Israel, rather be subject under us and never be appointed any position over Jews. 3) War. These 3 conditions apply even for a voluntary war.

Of course this does not mean to mistreat them in Israel. Not only, but we are even obliged to provide them all personal rights. Certainly do not mix this up with Political rights.

In Joshua , in the midst of crossing the Jordan - a frightening experience & sight 12 X 12 miles of standing water - Joshua stopped to speak. Not for Jewish Law of Shabbat Kashrut etc, but to say the following "Know why you are crossing the Jordan, in order that you drive out the inhabitants. If you do this it shall be good. If not the waters shall come and inundate you". If not, they would be driven out of the land.

Bamidbar 33: "And you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the Land from before you. But if not, it shall come to pass that those which you've left remained of them shall be thorns in your eyes and thistles in your sides and shall torment you in the land that you dwell. It shall be that I will do to you as I thought to do to them. Rashi : "You shall drive out the inhabitants and then you shall inherit it, then you shall exist in it and if you do not you will not be able to exist in it". Sforno: "When you shall eliminate the inhabitants of the land then you shall be privileged to inherit the land and pass it down onto your children. But if you do not eliminate them, even though you will conquer the land, you will not hand it down to your children. Or Hachaim: "Not only will they hold that part of the land that you did not possess but even concerning that part of which you did possess and settle in, they will distress you and say rise and get out"

Mitzvah: To Hate Evil
The Jew has a difficult time in hating evil and hence practicing this part of Judaism. This too is a mitzvah no less than practicing kindness, yet our society has really warped our sense of truth beyond the apparent. Perhaps this is one of the many reasons G_d is bringing our enemies to such violence to arouse our sense of exercising the truth to hate evil.
The Final Law: Shulchan Aruch
The Shulchan Aruch states any "Acum" = Non Jew is not allowed to own land in Eretz Yisrael. We all know the Shulchan Aruch only brings down laws that are applicable to our times. Sacrifices and the like are all excluded.

The True Solution Surfacing

Today the Govt is to weigh Gaza incursion against Kassam rocket attacks. The government is and has weighed every option. An incursion, full restraint, targeted attacks of the upper terrorist leaders, or even reoccupation. The consensus - no solution. Herein lies the cowardice to state the truth.

The one option purposely omitted is the conquering of the enemy and reclamation of territory. It is omitted because it goes against the grain of unilateral width drawls. There is fear of being non-democratic, there is fear of the operation and it's impact in the eyes of the world and Israel's population. The step would represent too bold an action and seems impossible. The government evacuated all Jews from the area that on a practical level, effectively acted as a guard to Arabs building weapon caches and firing on Israeli towns such as Sderot.

All the above are the true answers for this option's omission. Now stare at the reasons and ask yourself is it the right course. No it's not.

We must come to terms that the god of Israel is real, albeit hidden behind the scenes as conjured in the bible at this time in history. The direction is clear from God's message handed down to us in Chumash, Joshua, Judges, Shmuel, and Yeshayahu. The land of Israel was promised to us and we must not be afraid of conquering our enemies in war. If we do so with the this correct knowledge and belief, we will prevail - and easily - even miraculously. The choice is one of freewill at this point. The Arab attacks are only meant to stir the correct thought and shake off the fears mentioned above.

Today Jordan's King Abdullah is scheduled to meet Palestinians chairman Mahmoud Abbas. The topic in the kings mind is that of confederation. The beginnings of the real solution to move the Palestinians back to Jordan their 1 of 22 Arab states. The shame is that it does not come from Israel but from Jordan ! Yes, Jordan has all to lose on this option, Israel has all to gain, yet it isn't in the minds of the Jews but surfacing from Jordan. The real tragedy, is that Jewish freewill is failing as a whole, and Godly intervention is occurring.

As this unfolds, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Shimon Peres are back to their rhetoric of revived and serious peace talks with the Arabs. They are on autopilot to embrace the Arabs at all costs, as they dodge the firing bullets, the mocking Arabs, and the crying Zionists of the settlements. Only sitting silently between attacks, and waiting when they can raise the issue again where public approvals are possible. Needless to say, the handing over of Yehuda Veshomron - the geographical heart of Israel has been postponed not by Israel, but by continued and sustained attacks by Arabs timely implanted by god himself.

The history of the Jewish people entails critcism of the prophets for having left the belief in God all throughout Tanach. After so many years of existence as a Jew and Jewish people, the defining factor of the nation was and is adherence to the Torah. It remains our only definition. The monumental events of the holocaust occurred only after the Jew wanted to melt into their foreign German culture (Haskalah). Specifically timed by God, after such a horrible event we emerged miraculously and almost undeservedly (by Torah standards) to come to Israel. Then in Israel we won miraculous wars against all odds, gaining back our ancestral territory not on merit but on ancestral promise by god. It is now only less than 60 years later, survivors are still around, and the Israeli is ashamed to be a Jew. The Israeli amazingly sees life without god's hand.

He asks what is a Jew ? I am an Israeli. He asks what is Israel. I will move to where I can have a good and easy life. Why are we hated and attacked ? We aught to give more land and embrace more enemies. Why are we different. We aught to be like all other nations.

Amazingly, the "learned" Jew of the exile - has successfully divorced Eretz Yisrael with Torat Yisrael. Something so inseparable in the annals of our spiritual and historical existence. Something yearned and dreamed of for so long that it kept us alive for 2500 years in the exile. Today, it is chosen - not to come live in the chosen land.

God said it once, twice, thrice, perhaps hundreds of times। You are a nation separate from all other nations. Holy and hallowed to be mine, in my chosen land. Given secrets of the universe to those who choose to know it. A gift to be as close as possible to the creator - a gift of ecstasy no greater nor will there ever be.

How is it that after 60 years, Israel has successfully grown a generation ignorant to their heritage, lost in their outlook, and only Jewish by the token language of Hebrew. The revival of the Hebrew language was doubted by secularists who felt it was too 'radical' yet today stands as the only testimony and thread of Jewish heritage. The committed Jews from days of yore instituted Hebrew as the minimal requirement with a view to the future, and today it remains as a prized difference amongst the nations. Imagine, if the Knesset today had to vote over an issue like that within the same framework that existed then, surely the Gentelized Hebrew leaders would have all voted for speaking English.

How is it that 95% of those leaving Israel are secularists in search for money in America while 95% of those making Aliyah to Israel are faithful to the Torah?

How is it that we expect an Arab to sing our national anthem with our words "The Jewish soul" and be a part of our national history and of course our Jewish heritage ? After all, Herzl wrote his first pamphlet entitled "The Jewish State" not to be open for takeover by any foreign majority.

How is it that we are to be a "light unto other nations" while we copy and pursue the laws and lifestyles of these other nations we are to be leaders of ?

The chosen people chose not to be chosen but to be ashamed।
